Situated on the A207 Welling has one of the longest high streets in London. The high street has recently benefitted from street scene improvement works which have enhanced the look and feel of the town centre, including a new civic area for people to meet. Visitors benefit from good public transport links and often come for the large supermarkets situated on the high street but stay for the array of independent shops and restaurants. With competitive rental prices, the highest average spend of Bexley towns and a vacancy rate that is below the London average, Welling is a great place to start or expand a business – visit the ‘Local Information’ page to find out more.
